App Not Loading

If the app is stuck or not loading content

  1. 1Check your internet connection (WiFi or mobile data)
  2. 2Close the app completely and reopen it
  3. 3Log out and log back in
  4. 4Update to the latest version of the app
  5. 5Clear the app cache in your device settings
  6. 6Uninstall and reinstall the app (your data is saved on our servers)

Not Getting Matches

If you're not seeing many matches

  1. 1Make sure you have at least 3 clear photos showing your face
  2. 2Write a detailed and interesting bio
  3. 3Expand your distance and age preferences in Settings
  4. 4Check that your location services are enabled
  5. 5Try using Boost to increase visibility
  6. 6Be patient - matches vary by time and location

Login Issues

If you can't log into your account

  1. 1Ensure you're using the correct email and password
  2. 2Tap "Forgot Password" to reset your password
  3. 3Check that your email address is verified
  4. 4Try logging in with incognito/private mode to rule out browser issues
  5. 5Contact support if you suspect your account was compromised

Payment Problems

If premium features aren't working

  1. 1Check that the payment went through on your bank statement
  2. 2Close and reopen the app to refresh premium status
  3. 3Log out and log back in
  4. 4Restore purchases in Settings > Premium > Restore
  5. 5Contact support with your receipt if issues persist
